This notice is to inform you of changes to Apsis’ sub-processors.

 

Dear Apsis Customer,

Apsis is making the following modifications to its sub-processors list:

For Apsis Pro and One:

  • Adding Microsoft Inc. Microsoft will provide solutions for e-mail, document storage, communication as well as temporary storage of customer data only for short-term troubleshooting
  • Adding Efficy that will provide a CRM solution with included project management, document storage, communications storage and related services
  • Adding FreshDesk that will provide services related to customer support, support ticket management (email, chat, phone) and related services

For Apsis Pro:

  • Removing Netsize that provided SMS sending infrastructure.

All sub-processors have been evaluated in accordance with Apsis’ third-party risk management process and are subject to binding written contracts in accordance with 8.7 of Apsis – CUSTOMER TERMS OF SERVICE.

The revised sub-processor list will become effective for existing customers 3 months following publication of this notice, on 2022-02-15.
